Bomco is an ISO 9001 and AS 9100 registered company. With both resistance and fusion welding important to many of Bomco’s precision assemblies, Bomco holds Nadcap Certificate of Accreditation to SAE Aerospace AS 7003 and AC 7110. Laser cutting operations, an equally important procedure for many of Bomco’s precision components, are supported by Nadcap Certificate of Accreditation to SAE Aerospace AS 7003 and AC 7116 for non-conventional machining. In addition to Nadcap accreditation, Bomco also has attained LCS certification for the above mentioned special processes. Bomco uses Unigraphics NX10 Master Model to drive CMM inspection programs. Bomco’s production lines are also supported by an FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) line. Bomco’s Quality Control Department are experienced QC professionals, including two GE Qualified Inspectors (DSQR), and two Pratt & Whitney (DQR) Inspectors.
